Jimi shares from his pastoral experience of leading congregations that consisted of people from different ethnic backgrounds than his. This talk will help church leaders (and congregations) to think outside of the box in deciding what their church should look like. This talk also helps churches to understand the need to become the genuine welcoming community depicted in the Bible.
